We ensure that the company's administration and taxation affairs are dealt with efficientkly allowing our clients to simply carry out their own work and leave the administration to ourselves.

Our fixed fee services include the items listed below:

£80 (inc VAT) monthly fee
Incorporation of a new company with a name of your choice Y
Preparing annual company accounts and the submission of these accounts to H.M. Revenue and Customs and Companies House Y
Preparing the company’s annual corporation tax return and submission to H.M. Revenue and Customs Y
Providing a payroll service to the company including submission of all year end returns to H.M. Revenue and Customs Y
Unlimited advice on accounts and taxation matters during the year Y
